ถ้าเพิ่งเริ่มใช้ AI ช่วยทำงาน แนะนำให้เลือก “เครื่องมือให้ตรงงาน” ก่อน แล้วค่อยคุมคุณภาพด้วยตัวเราเอง จะช่วยประหยัดเวลาได้เยอะมาก จากที่ลองใช้จริง วิธีเลือกของฉันคือแบ่งงานเป็น 5 กลุ่ม แล้วหยิบแอปให้เหมาะกับงานนั้นๆ 1) งานคิดไอเดีย/สรุปงาน/วางแผน งานพวกนี้ใช้ ChatGPT แล้วเวิร์กมาก โดยเฉพาะตอน “คิดหัวข้อ” หรือ “สรุปประชุม” ทริคคือบอกบริบทให้ชัด เช่น เป้าหมาย กลุ่มเป้าหมาย โทนภาษา และข้อจำกัดเวลา ตัวอย่างพรอมป์ต์ที่ใช้บ่อย: “ช่วยสรุปเป็น bullet 5 ข้อ + next action ให้ทีม” หรือ “ช่วยร่างอีเมลแบบสุภาพ/กระชับ” จะได้ผลลัพธ์ที่เอาไปใช้ต่อได้ทันที 2) งานเขียนคอนเทนต์/คำโฆษณา Copy.ai เหมาะกับวันที่ต้องปั่นงานหลายชิ้น เช่น แคปชั่น โพสต์ หรือโครงบทความ ฉันมักเริ่มจากให้มันเสนอหลายเวอร์ชัน แล้วเลือก 1 เวอร์ชันมา “ปรับคำให้เป็นสไตล์เรา” เพื่อให้ยังเป็นงานแบบมนุษย์ ไม่ดูหุ่นยนต์เกินไป และอย่าลืมตรวจคำสะกด/ความจริงของข้อมูลอีกที 3) งานสไลด์/พรีเซนต์ Tome.app ช่วยทำพรีเซนต์ได้เร็วมาก โดยเฉพาะตอนเรามีหัวข้อคร่าวๆ แต่ไม่รู้จะจัดโครงสไลด์ยังไง แนะนำให้เตรียม “หัวข้อหลัก 5-7 หัวข้อ” แล้วให้ AI สร้างโครงให้ก่อน จากนั้นค่อยปรับภาพประกอบและตัวอย่างให้ตรงงานจริง จะช่วยลดเวลาทำ PPTs ไปได้เยอะ 4) งานภาพ/งานครีเอทีฟ Midjourney เหมาะกับสายอยากได้ภาพประกอบที่มีสไตล์ชัดๆ เคล็ดลับคืออธิบายภาพให้ละเอียด (เช่น โทนสี อารมณ์ แสง องค์ประกอบ) แล้วค่อยไล่ปรับทีละนิด จะได้ภาพตรงใจขึ้น ส่วน Leiapix Converter เอาไว้ทำภาพนิ่งให้มีมิติเป็น 3D Gifs เวลาอยากทำคอนเทนต์ให้ดูสะดุดตากว่าเดิม 5) งานวิดีโอ/รีล/เสียงเพลง ถ้าทำคลิปสั้นบ่อยๆ Fliki คือทางลัดมาก ฉันใช้ตอนอยากได้คลิปไวภายใน 1 นาที เช่น สรุปทิปส์/รีวิว ส่วน Runway เหมาะกับงานแก้ไข VDO ที่อยากลบ/เติมองค์ประกอบในวิดีโอให้เนียนขึ้น และ Kaiber เหมาะกับการทำวิดีโอจากภาพนิ่งให้ดูสมจริงขึ้น ปิดท้ายด้วย Soundraw.io ใช้สร้างดนตรีประกอบ เลือก mood/จังหวะแล้วได้เพลงไปวางหลังคลิปแบบไม่ต้องนั่งหาเพลงนาน เช็กลิสต์ก่อนโพสต์/ส่งงาน (กันพลาด) - ตรวจความถูกต้องของข้อมูลสำคัญ (ชื่อคน ตัวเลข วันเวลา) - เช็กภาษา/น้ำเสียงให้เข้ากับแบรนด์หรือสไตล์ตัวเอง - งานภาพ/วิดีโอ: ดูเรื่องลิขสิทธิ์และเงื่อนไขการใช้งานของแต่ละแอป โดยรวมแล้ว “แอปที่ใช้ AI” ไม่ได้มาแทนเรา 100% แต่ช่วยย่นเวลางานซ้ำๆ ได้สุดๆ ใครทำงานหลายบทบาท ลองจัดชุดเครื่องมือแบบนี้แล้วจะรู้สึกว่า AI ช่วยทำงานให้ไวขึ้นจริง
