lemon 8 is starting to suck
i just want to rant a little bit: so when i was newer to this app last year i’d open it and see things like food recipes, OOTD, juice recipes, some post of people introducing themselves, and quirky little trendy posts that kinda showed people in a more authentic way.
now when i open the app i see celebrity gossip that creates a space for people to bicker in the comments, rage bait posts that creates race wars in the comments, and the AI content is getting ridiculous.
don’t get me wrong im not a hater of AI and my guilty pleasure is drama but i just feel like my feed is so icky now. i dont follow anyone so that could part of the problem, and maybe i just need to get the algorithm to be as good as my tiktok feed but idk i just wanted to get that off my chest. if you read this far… thankyou 🙂

Yeah I feel it. It’s so toxic. I deleted the rest of my socials thinking I can come here for girly things, recipes, day in the life’s, life hacks but now it’s just bitter or you’re linked to old ass content.
