Mom ‘n ‘em Coffee | Cincinnati, Ohio 📍

My sister and I visited a cafe in Madisonville, Ohio, on the east side of Cinci for the first time 📍

I ordered a chai ($5) and crispy potatoes with aioli ($8).

I wish I got more pictures of the interior, it was super cute but very busy. The face of the cafe (the co-owners’ mom) took our order on a digital POS system.

The cafe sells lunch and breakfast items all day, teas, coffees, pastries, cocktails and wine and beer. It has two locations, one on the west side and one of the east side of Cinci. I’d recommend checking it out!

... Read moreI absolutely had to share my recent find: Mom 'n 'em Coffee in Cincinnati! My sister and I popped into their Madisonville location, and it quickly became one of those places you can't wait to tell everyone about. If you’re searching for a new favorite coffee spot in Cincinnati that combines great drinks, tasty food, and a wonderful atmosphere, then you’ve found it. First off, let's talk about the essentials: the menu. While I only got to try a few things on my first visit, everything was perfectly executed. I went for their chai, and let me tell you, it was a perfectly frothy, spiced delight – definitely worth every penny of that $5. But the real star of the show for me were the crispy potatoes with aioli. For $8, you get a generous portion of perfectly golden-brown, seasoned potatoes, ideal for sharing (or not!). The menu board at the cafe counter showcased a fantastic range of coffee and tea options, bottled beverages, and an enticing display of pastries. They truly cater to all cravings, offering breakfast and lunch items all day long, plus an impressive selection of teas, coffees, and even cocktails, wine, and beer. It makes Mom 'n 'em Coffee a versatile spot whether you're looking for an early morning caffeine boost or a relaxed afternoon treat. The vibe inside is just as impressive as the food. Even though it was quite busy when we visited, the atmosphere was super cute and undeniably cozy. The counter, adorned with dried citrus slices, adds a unique touch to the decor, making it feel welcoming and thoughtfully put together. It's the kind of place where you could easily settle in with a book or catch up with friends. The fact that the co-owners' mom was taking orders on a digital POS system just adds to that charming, family-run feel. For those wondering about locations, Mom 'n 'em Coffee conveniently has two spots in Cincinnati – one on the west side and the one we visited on the east side in Madisonville. This makes it accessible no matter where you are in the city. Whether you're looking for a comfy, cozy coffee shop experience, or just need some quality caffeine and fuel to kickstart your day in Cincinnati, I can't recommend Mom 'n 'em Coffee enough. It’s more than just a coffee shop; it’s a delightful culinary experience that feels personal and inviting. Definitely add it to your list of places to check out!
