Having tried various body care routines myself, I can confidently say that following the correct order truly makes a difference in how your skin feels and looks. I start with a gentle bar soap to remove dirt and prepare my skin for exfoliation. Using a body scrub right after helps to slough off dead skin cells, making my skin much smoother and ready to better absorb moisturizers. Next, I use a creamy body wash to cleanse off any remaining impurities and refresh my skin. After stepping out of the shower, I always apply a nourishing body lotion, which helps prevent dryness without leaving a greasy feeling. To seal in the moisture, I add a few drops of body oil, such as one containing plant-based squalane, which enhances softness and hydration throughout the day. Finally, I finish with a light fragrance or perfume. Applying it last is key, as it allows the scent to linger without being overpowered by heavier creams or oils. By adhering to this specific order, I've noticed my skin remains healthy, hydrated, and radiant. This routine also helps me unwind and enjoy self-care after a busy day, providing a calming and soothing experience that benefits both body and mind.
