Since you are 13 it would be good to do a light deficit but since you are also trying to reach your goal by summer i would push it a bit 1,400-1,500 is not recommend for teens but since you are 5’3 and i could tell you’re trying to get lean even though you are in a technically healthy bodyweight 105-140 you are trying to get to the lower end which i understand. make sure to prioritize volume and protein, when eating start with vegetables for the volume to fill your stomach then the protein and save the carbs for last sometimes you’ll be full by the time you get to the carbs. I would aim for 8,000-10,000 steps daily by just walking alone and then squeeze in a run on days you workout not a long one a mile or less, lift weights 3 times a week, (light weight or heavy depending on the physique you want) something to do is just a quick abs & glute workout/stretch before bed nothing crazy just a light steady movement workout to regulate hormones, blood flow, and burn an extra 20-50cals before bed, don’t weigh yourself every day do it once a week or once every two weeks, take progress photos instead unless it becomes to obsessive. If you start to obsess over the numbers and the progress then stop and take a break.

How tall are you? Because it’s very likely you are at a healthy weight already. But if you want your body to function at its best and to feel its best eat healthy proteins, natural fats, and carbs 3x a day. Don’t starve yourself, your body still has growing to do. Drink plenty of water. If you’d want to stop snacking, sunflower seeds are a great way to do that. Just get a bag of the seeds and crack and eat them when you feel snacky. But above all else, love your self and thank your body for doing the things it needs to.
