Family Love
I’m grateful for my family. I come from a Mexican family who we came from Mexico 26 years ago before all of my siblings were born. I’m the oldest and I was born in Mexico. I came to the U.S. when I was 3 months old with my mom while my dad was already here waiting for us. Throughout my life there has been something that made me different from everyone else. Being an immigrant… it separated me from others in financials, education and social. For my family it was not a barrier and they taught me that being an immigrant is not a bad thing. Yes I do have to work twice as hard as everyone else to prove that you can also do it. I’m glad that they taught to be proud from where I come from and that nobody can’t say other wise.
