How to make it👇🏼
Ingredients: – day-old French baguette, sliced into 1-inch pieces – 1 can of condensed milk – 2 cans of whole milk – Ground cinnamon (to taste) – 3–4 eggs – Sugar + cinnamon for coating – Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the condensed milk, whole milk, and cinnamon
2. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with a splash of milk and more cinnamon
3. Soak each bread slice in the milk mixture for about 1 minute
4. Dip into the egg mixture
5. Fry in hot oil (medium heat) until golden on both sides
6. While still warm, coat in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon
Enjoy it fresh but it tastes even better the next day🤤

but why don't you just mix the sweetened condensed milk & cinnamon with the eggs and then put your bread in that? that's what I do then roll it in cinnamon and sugar after or dust it in powdered sugar and eat it with maple syrup
