First run of a lifetime 🏃‍♀ïļ Olympic Day Suphanburi 2026 ðŸĨ‡ðŸĐĩ

This is a year to try something new. 🏃‍♀ïļðŸŒĪïļ

Bring yourself to do something that has never been done. ðŸĨ‡

Like "marathon" is an activity we've never participated in, this is not the way, because it's a heartbeat, it's a little unbearable, but this time I want to try and beat myself, so I try it once. ðŸĪĢ

The first running event of our lives was Olympic Day Suphanburi 2026 😆, a running event at Suphan Buri Province, a 5.8 KM 🏃‍♀ïļ

This is a very good experience. ðŸĨ° I've been afraid of running all along. Just try to start running in the village. We are corked. Sitting normally, sometimes the heart is beating 120. But this running gives us the courage to step out of fear. Don't rush too much. Walk slowly. Don't put too much pressure on ourselves. Stop taking pictures at the landmark. Very enjoyable.

As for the event, we love it.

✅ Beautiful shirt. Beautiful coin.

✅ Get BIB very sensitive. Proper space.

✅ Evening with aerobic dancing. Coaches from Plum Park.

✅ There's a concert from Toon Body.

✅ The opening ceremony of the morning was great. The fireworks were spectacular.

✅ The running route has a cheer.

✅, there are photo spots on the landmark on the provincial excursion line, fast shooting, very systematic.

✅ The running food is full.

ðŸŸĄ the only stick is that when giving out coins, it should be distributed at the finish line. When it is a dance point, many people go out. Do not see the line slowly and squeeze together.

But all this "free work" is worth it. ðŸĨ°

Come to run and exercise. Finished and stop to Suphan Buri for more than worth.

It's my first love experience, 🏃‍♀ïļðŸ’™ðŸ‘

Small beginnings exercise for themselves. ðŸĐĩ

How Running Changed My Body (lost 18 lbs)👟🏃‍♀ïļðŸ’ŠðŸĪ
I never realized how much of a difference running made to my body until I would look back at my old photos. Running not only changed my body, but it changed my life in the absolute best way possible because I never thought change was possible. All it took was showing up for myself every single day.

The Olympics have been such a treat 🇚ðŸ‡ļðŸĨ‡
I’m going to be sad when there’s nothing else to watch! Here are some more of my favorite Olympic moments that happened on the track over the past couple of days. ðŸĨ‡The Women’s 4x400m Relay was absolutely incredible. Everyone was skeptical of Sydney being put as the second leg instead of anchor,

First Official Run🏃ðŸŧ‍♀ïļðŸŽ–ïļ
I did my first official run on November 22, 2024! Weather was not good, it was rainy and 36° and I definitely walked a little but still had an average pace of 14’07”! 2 mile run is a good start for me as a beginner and I’m hoping to run a full 5k in 2025ðŸĨ° #beginnerrunner #run #medal #hotc
