耳つぼジュエリーが気になって検索すると、「どこに貼るの？」「安眠のツボは場所どこ？」「激痛って本当？」みたいな不安が多いですよね。私も最初はそこがいちばん気になりました。実際はカウンセリングで“今の悩み”を伝えると、耳のツボの位置が載ったパンフレットを見ながら提案してもらえるので、知識ゼロでも大丈夫でした。 よく聞く安眠系のツボは「神門（しんもん）」で、耳の上側のくぼみ付近にあることが多いです（施術者さんが正確な位置を触って確認してくれます）。私は精神安定目的でここを入れてもらったら、寝る前に耳を触るクセが減って、気持ちの切り替えがしやすい感覚がありました。即効性は人それぞれだと思うけど、“お守り感覚”で付けられるのが耳つぼジュエリーの良さだなと感じました。 痛みについては、結論「ゼロではないけど、想像してた激痛ではなかった」です。貼るときにツボを押して反応を見るので、その瞬間だけ「おっ…効く…」みたいな刺激が出ることはありました。逆に、体調や凝りが強いと“響く”場所が出やすいらしいので、我慢せずに「痛いかも」と伝えるのが安心。ジュエリー自体はシール（パッチ）なので、貼った後はチクチク感が少なく、見た目は完全にアクセ感覚でした。 「イヤーリフト耳ツボパッチ」みたいに、リフトアップ目的で頬まわり・フェイスライン寄りのポイントを選ぶ人もいるそうです。私も面頬（めんきょう）系のポイントを勧めてもらって、鏡を見たときに顔まわりがスッキリ見えるように感じました。デザインはカラーやサイズが想像以上に豊富で、トレイから選ぶ時間も楽しいところ。優柔不断でも、肌色や普段のメイク・髪色に合わせて提案してくれるのでおまかせでも可愛くまとまります。 あと気になるのが「ドンキで買える耳つぼジュエリーと何が違うの？」という点。セルフ用は手軽だけど、“ツボの場所が合っているか”と“肌に合うか”が不安になりがち。サロンだと、悩みベースで貼る場所を微調整してくれるのがいちばんのメリットだと思いました。剥がれやすさも、入浴・洗顔でこすりすぎると取れやすいので、タオルは押さえる感じがコツです。 最後に、「耳つぼジュエリーは小学生でもOK？」は必ず事前に店舗へ確認がおすすめです。肌が敏感だったり、学校のルール（アクセNG）もあるので、年齢よりも“安全面と生活環境”で判断するのが安心。気になることは予約時にまとめて聞いておくと、当日いちばんリラックスして楽しめます。
