It isn’t always pretty, and it isn’t always linear. 3/3 -> 3/10, featuring period bloat 🥴. For at least a few years (since I got my body comp scale anyway), I typically gain 5 lbs the day my period starts. Ain’t life grand? Anywho, this month, it was only 2 lbs, but definitely all water. Hopefully next week the progress will be more visible.
