In contrast, the struggles of those close to us may not be as evident, resulting in a lack of acknowledgment. Further, the online environment fosters a culture of superficial connections where likes, shares, and comments often prioritize quantity over quality. To truly create a more supportive community, it is crucial that we consciously choose to engage with our loved ones, celebrating their victories and being present during their challenges.
