From 3XX TOEIC to Manager, a foreign company.
In my days, I was very weak in English! I used to drop in English because my grades were terrible. If I went to F, of course!! When I was in my third year, I took the TOEIC exam.
It was Toei's first language test, and I remember it was almost unknown. Grammar was not accurate, and he scored 370 / 990, which was very small.
Near graduation, I realized that even if we were good at learning, but without English, the job would not have gone as far as it should have, so I immediately practiced English!
Beginning with listening! In the first part of practicing English, Toei will practice listening to what we care about first. Listen to it without even knowing the meaning. But let our ears get used to the accent first. Who likes to watch / listen often, there will be 4 channels in YT according to the picture and watch soundtrack movies with Eng liner and follow.
Find an opportunity to use English. Toei decided to go to Work and Travel in USA for 3 months. It was a great experience to talk to foreign countries and learn the culture of his home. Really earn money and have fun. But for anyone who is not really comfortable going to WAT, try to find a friend / girlfriend. Foreigner to talk. It is a way to develop English that works very quickly.
Read English books. Toei will find English books in Kinokuya stores to read. Take the stories that we are interested in, and the books are not very thick. Try to read Dict, but focus on reading, understand the context, but if there is a word that does not really understand, find the meaning.
Reading a lot will make you write English well.
Toei has been practicing listening, speaking, reading, writing all the time, as a routine. Today, he works at a foreign company, can communicate, talk, present with foreign colleagues, know and understand.

ถ้าใครเสิร์ช “เตย ภาษาอังกฤษ” แล้วอยากได้แนวทางที่เอาไปทำตามได้จริง เราขอเสริมเป็นแผนฝึกแบบจับต้องได้จากสิ่งที่เตยเล่า (จากคนเคยได้ TOEIC 3XX ไปจนสื่อสารและนำเสนองานในบริษัทต่างชาติได้) เผื่อช่วยให้เริ่มง่ายขึ้นและทำต่อเนื่องได้ค่ะ 1) ตั้งเป้าหมายให้ชัดก่อน (ไม่ต้องใหญ่) เราเคยพลาดตรง “อยากเก่งเร็ว” เลยทำๆหยุดๆ แนะนำให้ตั้งเป้าแบบวัดผลได้ เช่น “ฟังคลิปอังกฤษวันละ 10 นาที” หรือ “อ่านบทความสั้น 1 ชิ้น/วัน” แล้วค่อยเพิ่มเวลาเมื่อเริ่มชิน เป้าหมายเล็กแต่ทำทุกวัน จะพาไปไกลกว่าอ่านหนักๆแค่เสาร์อาทิตย์ 2) แผนฝึกฟังแบบที่ไม่ท้อ (ใช้ช่องที่เราชอบ) เตยแนะนำการฟังจากสิ่งที่สนใจก่อน เช่น TED, Learn English With TV Series, TheEllenShow, IELTS Energy English 7+ เราเสริมเทคนิค 3 รอบ: - รอบที่ 1 ฟังผ่านๆ เพื่อจับหัวข้อ (ไม่ต้องหยุด) - รอบที่ 2 เปิดซับอังกฤษ จดคำ/วลีที่เจอบ่อย 5–10 คำ - รอบที่ 3 พูดตาม (Shadowing) เลือกประโยคสั้นๆ 3–5 ประโยค ทำซ้ำจนปากลื่น ทำแค่นี้วันละ 10–15 นาที หูจะเริ่มชินสำเนียงเร็วมาก 3) พูดให้ได้จริง แม้อยู่ไทยตลอด ถ้าไม่ได้ไป Work and Travel ก็ยังฝึก “ใช้ภาษา” ได้ เช่น - นัดคุยกับเพื่อนสัปดาห์ละ 1 ครั้ง ตั้งกติกาว่า 20 นาทีพูดอังกฤษล้วน - หา language exchange หรือเพื่อนต่างชาติออนไลน์ แล้วเตรียมหัวข้อคุยล่วงหน้า 3 หัวข้อ (งาน/หนัง/ท่องเที่ยว) ทริคคือไม่ต้องรอพูดถูก 100% ให้สื่อสารก่อน แล้วค่อยเก็บความถูกต้องทีหลัง 4) อ่านหนังสืออังกฤษให้เข้าใจบริบท (ไม่ติดดิกทุกคำ) เตยชอบซื้อหนังสือจาก Kinokuniya เลือกเล่มบางๆ เรื่องที่สนใจ เราเสริมว่าให้เลือก “อ่านง่ายกว่าระดับจริงนิดนึง” จะได้ไหลลื่น และใช้กติกา 2 ข้อ: - ขีดเส้นใต้คำที่เดาได้จากบริบทก่อน ค่อยเปิดดิกทีหลัง - จดเฉพาะคำที่เจอซ้ำ (คำที่ไม่เจออีก ไม่ต้องเสียเวลาท่อง) 5) เขียนสั้นๆทุกวัน เพื่อดันการทำงานจริง การอ่านเยอะช่วยเขียนดีขึ้นอยู่แล้ว ลองเพิ่ม “บันทึกอังกฤษ 5 ประโยค/วัน” เช่น วันนี้ทำอะไร เจอปัญหาอะไร พรุ่งนี้จะทำอะไร หรือฝึกเขียนอีเมลสั้นๆแนวทำงาน จะช่วยเวลาไปทำงานบริษัทต่างชาติจริงๆ โดยเฉพาะการพรีเซนต์และสรุปงาน สุดท้าย สิ่งที่ทำให้ผลลัพธ์เปลี่ยนคือ “ทำเป็นกิจวัตร” เหมือนที่เตยทำ ฟัง-พูด-อ่าน-เขียนวนไปทุกวัน ต่อให้เริ่มจาก TOEIC 3XX ก็ขยับได้แน่นอนค่ะ
