I’m Bella.

Every day I am finding new ways to fulfill my time on Earth.

I am an artist, traveler, admirer of mother nature, an adventurous eater, a thoughtful lover, and I naturally rely on the sun to heal my mind, body and spirit.

I share my experiences in hopes they will inspire or guide you… such as:

- travel itineraries and tips

- my custom artwork and photography

- practices for self care

- food + body care during my weight gain journey

- my style + how I shop

I feel eager to share so much, but until then, here are a few things I am currently focused on to better my lifestyle and ways of thinking:

- less is more

- love is the key to life

starting my fitness journey

i’ve struggled with my body image the past year. i’ve tried to workout but depressive episodes kept me from staying consistent. i was put on a new birth control pill last year and it caused me to gain weight and other issues. when i tried to talk to my gyno about it and possibly come off this pill
