เผื่อใครกำลังเสิร์ช “น้ำตกโกรกอีดก” แล้วลังเลว่าไปยากไหม ขอสรุปจากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวให้แบบอ่านจบแล้ววางแผนได้เลยค่ะ (เหมาะกับสาย 1 day trip ที่อยากผจญภัยนิดๆ) 1) โกรกอีดกไปช่วงไหนดี? ถ้าเลือกได้ แนะนำไปช่วงน้ำมีพอดีๆ (หลังฝน/ต้นหนาว) น้ำตกจะสวยและป่าเขียวมาก แต่ถ้าฝนตกหนักติดๆ กัน ทางจะลื่นขึ้นเยอะ โดยเฉพาะช่วงปีนหินใกล้ชั้นบนๆ ควรเช็กพยากรณ์อากาศก่อน 1–2 วัน และเลี่ยงวันที่ฝนเทลงเช้าๆ ค่ะ 2) ต้องเริ่มเดินกี่โมงถึงจะไม่เหนื่อยเกิน ทริคของเรา: ไปถึงเช้าๆ ให้ได้ จะช่วย 2 อย่างคือ “อากาศไม่ร้อน” และ “คนยังไม่แน่น” พอแดดแรงแล้วเดินบนหินจะเพลียไวมาก แถมถ่ายรูปหน้าม่านน้ำตกมุมสวยๆ ต้องรอคิวเหมือนกัน ถ้าเริ่มเดินเช้า กลับออกมาจะไม่มืดและไม่ต้องรีบเร่ง 3) เส้นทางจริงๆ เจออะไรบ้าง (สรุปให้เข้าใจง่าย) ทางเดินหลักจะมีช่วงข้ามลำธารหลายจุด น้ำใส ไหลผ่านโขดหินในป่า ระหว่างทางป่าร่มมาก เห็นมอสตามหิน เห็ดสีส้ม และดอกไม้เล็กๆ ตามทาง (เดินเพลินแต่ก็ต้องมองพื้นดีๆ) หลังจากเจอชั้นน้ำตกด้านล่างแล้ว จะไต่ระดับไปเรื่อยๆ จนถึงชั้นบนสุดที่เป็นไฮไลต์—ม่านน้ำตกใหญ่อลังการแบบคุ้มเหนื่อยจริง 4) รองเท้าคือเรื่องสำคัญที่สุด แนะนำรองเท้าเดินป่าที่ “ดอกยางลึก + เกาะหินได้ดี” เพราะมีทั้งทางชัน ดินลื่น และหินเปียก ถ้าพื้นรองเท้าเรียบจะเสียหลักง่ายมาก ส่วนถุงเท้าควรเป็นแบบแห้งไว และพกถุงพลาสติก/ถุงกันน้ำไว้ใส่ของสำคัญ (มือถือ กุญแจรถ) เผื่อโดนน้ำตอนข้ามลำธาร 5) เช็กลิสต์ของที่ควรพก (แบบเน้นใช้จริง) - น้ำเปล่าอย่างน้อย 2 ขวด (หรือมากกว่านั้นถ้าเหงื่อออกง่าย) - อาหารเที่ยง/ของหวานเล็กๆ เช่น กล้วย เจลพลังงาน - ยาดม/เกลือแร่ (ช่วยได้มากตอนเริ่มล้า) - เสื้อผ้าแห้งง่าย + เสื้อกันฝนพับได้ - กันแดด/หมวก (แม้ในป่าจะร่ม แต่ช่วงโล่งก็มี) - ชุดปฐมพยาบาลเล็กๆ (พลาสเตอร์ ยากันแมลง) 6) มารยาทและความปลอดภัย เดินตามกลุ่ม/ตามไกด์ ไม่แซงแบบรีบๆ ในช่วงหินชัน ระวังหินลื่นและอย่าลงน้ำในจุดกระแสแรง ถ่ายรูปได้แต่ไม่ยืนชิดขอบหินเปียกเกินไป และช่วยกันรักษาความสะอาด—ป่าแถวนี้สวยมาก อยากให้สวยแบบนี้ไปนานๆ ถ้าถามว่าคุ้มไหม: สำหรับเรา “คุ้ม” เพราะได้ทั้งเดินป่า ลุยลำธาร และจบด้วยน้ำตกชั้นบนสุดที่ยิ่งใหญ่มาก เหมาะกับคนอยากหนีเมืองไปสูดอากาศป่าแบบวันเดียวกลับค่ะ
