Tried & Tested: Affordable lashes on Shopee?

It's been a while, and with the news of TikTok "merging" with 🍋, I’ve been thinking about whether I should keep posting here. But since I already have all these photos ready and was planning to post anyway, I’ll stick around for now till May, since I don't use TikTok 😭.
A few of you have asked if I've tried lashes from Shopee, and honestly, I’ve been considering it but held off because I already bought a bunch of city series on tb. But around 3-4 months ago, I casually browsed Shopee and found this shop. It was relatively cheap as compared to buying on tb and tbh, to keep ordering on tb is not sustainable for me, the lashes + shipping fee could easily go up to $30+ AND the waiting time is ard 2 weeks. Girl here doesnt have that patience to wait everytime LOL
so yeah, i ordered four designs from the shop and here’s my short review:
✨ Lazy Cat aka Natural Thick:
Zesties, listen to me.. This is absolutely my top 1 the moment i put this on and im still swearing by this design.
It really lives up to its name, very natural but enough to show that the wispy lashes and not dramatic AT ALL. This looks closest to the effect of having extensions and i love my eyes with this design on. And guess what?? I bought it when it was on offer so its ard $4+? But usual price is still less than $6. Omg
And its super easy to put it on. Do I still have to say more?!
✨Cross Lash
This one’s thicker and more dramatic compared to Lazy Cat. The design is quite similar to Swallowtail’s. It’s not as easy to wear “naturally,” since you can see the different sections when you look closely. I usually wear 4 parts per eye, but it’s great for events or special occasions when you want a bolder look.
✨Luxe Lash
This has got to be my 2nd fav. It is very natural and the lashes are very fine as you can see from the pic!
Suitable for those who want something really natural like your own lashes.
✨Swallowtail
I actually prefer this one over Cross Lash. The base of the lashes are also slightly “longer” if you get what i mean. So i can either put 3 or 4 per eye depends on my mood. Lol
All these lashes cost less than $6, and they’re pretty durable if you apply them properly. Each can lasts up to 2-3 wears but honestly, i think 2 wears are the max. You can try using up to 3 wears if you are only wearing them out for a short period!
The only downside to note is that this is not suitable for ppl with frequent teary eyes. There was 1-2 times when my eyes are quite sensitive in the morning so they keep tearing and i couldnt put it on as the glue no longer sticks. Have to make sure your lashes are dried when you stick it on!
