This can lead to a cycle of searching for deeper meaning or connection. Recognizing these signs and emotions is vital for anyone suspecting they might have BPD or supporting someone who does. Therapy, especially Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), has been incredibly helpful in learning to manage these feelings and reactions by promoting emotional regulation and mindfulness.
