What I eat in a day to fuel my training 🏃‍♀️💪

... Read moreAs someone who trains as a hybrid athlete, I’ve learned that there isn’t a one-size-fits-all diet. Instead, I focus on eating whole foods that provide sustained energy and muscle recovery. My typical day includes apple cinnamon rice cakes topped with banana, honey, and a sprinkle of cinnamon, which give me a quick carb boost with natural sweetness. For breakfast, I enjoy overnight oats mixed with chia seeds, PB2 powder, protein powder, almond milk, cinnamon, honey, and topped with granola. This combination offers a balanced mix of carbohydrates, protein, fiber, and healthy fats to keep me full and energized through morning training sessions. I also prepare meals that include 2 eggs with additional egg whites, turkey for lean protein, avocado for healthy fats, Greek yogurt, and a slice of bread with strawberry jam to complement the flavors and nutrients. In the evenings, I opt for a hearty meal featuring lean 95/5 ground beef paired with sweet potato and avocado, alongside cottage cheese with a drizzle of honey. This mix supports muscle repair and replenishes glycogen stores after intense workouts. What works best for me is listening to my body’s hunger cues and focusing on nutrient-dense choices rather than chasing a “perfect” diet. I encourage others to experiment with foods that make them feel strong, fueled, and happy instead of rigid rules. Consistency and enjoyment of food are key to sustaining an active lifestyle and reaching fitness goals.

Asking because I am genuinely curious. So do you only eat two meals and 2 snacks a day. And also how many times a week do you work out. I am trying to cut down my body fat. I have lost weight but am looking to learn from other people.
