READ THIS before buying your Polene online!! 🙈✨💳

Hello!! I got my first Numero Dix from the official Polene website and I’m here to share about the journey and some tips!

1️⃣ YOU MIGHT SAVE HUNDREDS BY PAYING IN OTHER CCY

- since it’s an international website, you can choose to pay in other currencies!

- on the product page, try switching currencies to see which one exchanges to the lowest in SGD. will suggest EUR or JPY now as SGD is relatively strong against them!

- for eg, the Dix is 460 USD which is 613SGD but 350 EUR which is 509 SGD?!

- check out using low/zero FX rates cards to save the exchange fees. Eg YouTrip/ Revolut

2️⃣ BE PREPARED TO PAY GST

- as the order is considered an import and would easily cost above 400 SGD, you’ll need to pay prevailing GST on it. They will email you to make payment. Remember to factor in this amount when making your decision to buy!

3️⃣ SHIPPING IS PER ITEM, NOT PER ORDER!

- we bought 3 bags in one order and the shipping fee is like 25 USD x 3… anyway the shipping is also abit lower if you pay in other ccy (refer to tip 1) so it helps :’)

So yes pretty happy that I finally got my hands on my Polene bag!! It’s so pretty. Shipping was relatively fast also I think I received it in few days from ordering!!

Shipping times are relatively quick though, with my order arriving within a few days. Another key point is the GST import tax: since orders over 400 SGD attract GST, Polene will send you an email for payment. Be sure to budget for this, so there are no surprises. If you're looking to buy Polene bags in Singapore, be aware that their shipping process is streamlined but expect these charges and taxes. Polene ships internationally from Europe, so customs and duties apply depending on your location.
