Once I started making my own glueless wigs, I've never looked back! I've always been skeptical about buying wigs because the hair may not be thick enough to my liking.
Last September I started making my own wigs with my favorite bundles that I had left over from my previous sew ins that have extra volume and I've NEVER looked back. It was enough bundles to make 2 wigs (the first 3 pictures are 2 wigs, one is just cut short)
The first picture was a wig I made inspired from a tik tok video I seen. I sewed the closure and glued the tracks down. But that didn't work for me because they kept loosening. So I started sewing just the tracks that was coming loose.
I then noticed the part was crooked and the wig was too far back. So what did I do? I revamped the wig!!! Washed the bundles real good, bought a new closure and a new cap and started sewing the tracks in. The wigs I make are soo full and thick. I've made about 3 wigs since my first one and currently working on my fourth! I've taught myself so many different tricks along the way.
