Do I delete?!?
Serious question besties!!!!
So I’ve had the same social media accounts for a while now, and every now and again while scrolling through my past I found past pictures of (ex relationships)
I’ve had mixed answers on what people think you should do when it comes to keeping them or deleting them. I use to think of it as well it’s my past it made me who I am today don’t delete. However I’m on a really strong self healing journey and now I’m second guessing myself.
So what do you do? Do you keep the older pictures of delete them?!?
Mind you I don’t look at past pictures all the time. It’s just when I’m trying to find an older picture so o have no choice but to scroll back!

The question to ask yourself is, how do you feel when you see these photos? Are they messing with your mental health? It’s important to make decisions with you in mind first not what everybody says/thinks. If the photos don’t bother you & you just don’t want them on your social media page then print them off & place
