Sign me up!! We all know how damn expensive lessons from baking studios are - abt $80 to $100 per lesson?? AINT NO WAY i’m gna pay for that 😩
Thankfully, my friend told me about ABC cooking studio trial lessons where you can attend a baking class + bring back an indv cake for a really affordable price!! So #LetsGetMovin !
🎂Cakes
They have different seasonal cakes so keep a look out on their ig for what is avail for the month!! I really wanted to try the Dreamy Sakura one but there wasn’t any suitable slots sobbles 🥺so i went for the Poppin Perfect one instead. There’s usually quite a few cake options to choose from but they are only avail at designated outlets!

SUPER EASY NGL. maybe it was just my recipe that was easy but you rly do not need any prior baking skills to attend the class. Mine was done in abt 1.5 hours but my friend did the Dreamy Sakura and it took her about 2 hours. The ingredients were already pre-measured so you just have to pour it in and mix together step by step. There’s 1 instructor to every table so she/he will guide you along the way :) There’s a printed receipe too so you can try and make it on your own at home if the cake is nice!
💰Price
You might be wondering, isn’t it $35 per pax as what they stated on their post? How did you get it for $20? Well, here comes the hack. Go to the comment section of the posts with the “ABC Trial Lesson” lego at the side and keep a lookout for people stating “they want to bring first timers to the studio”. You can then dm them stating the 1) cake u wna bake 2) the no.pax 3) preferred date
After wards you can ask for the price they quote! I got mine at $20 per pax but my friend who baked the Dreamy Sakura got it at $15 per pax :o So you rly gotta dm people and ask around HAHAHA
📄Terms & Conditions
You definitely have to be a first timer to ABC as they will note down your IC and particulars! You will have to bring your own carrier bag and apron - (else you can rent it for $1)
Overall, a pleasant experience!! Although not as nice and aesthetic looking as the Dreamy Sakura Cake, it was fun attending a baking class for the first time with my bf!! And the cake taste nice too 😋
