私が行く前にいちばん気になっていたのが、「泥パックって実際どうやって使うの？」「露天風呂も入れる？」「日帰りでも楽しめる？」の3つでした。結論、さくらさくら温泉は“泥湯×泥パック”が主役で、日帰りでも満足度高めでした。 ■泥湯・泥パックの使い方（現地で迷わない手順） 基本は“塗る→乾かす→温泉で落とす”です。泥はヌルッとしつつ、少しザラ＆ジャリっとしたテクスチャーで、肌に乗せるとひんやり。私は、①洗い場で体を軽く流す→②泥を顔・腕・脚に薄めに塗る→③少し置いて乾かす→④温泉（または桶の温泉）でやさしく洗い流す、の順でやりました。 ポイントは「厚塗りしすぎない」こと。乾くまでが早く、厚いと落とすのに時間がかかるので、最初は薄めがラクです。 ■髪にも使える？気をつけたいこと “髪まで全身OK”なのが特徴。私は毛先だけ少し試しましたが、落とすのは意外と手間でした。髪に使うなら、短時間＆毛先中心がおすすめ。終わったらしっかりすすいで、持参のトリートメントを使うと安心です。 ■露天風呂の雰囲気と入り方 内湯で温まってから露天へ行く流れが気持ちよかったです。外の空気でクールダウンできるので、泥パック後の“のぼせ対策”にも◎。泥パックを塗ったまま露天に出る場合は、床を汚さないよう周りに配慮しつつ、軽く乾かしてから移動するとスムーズでした。 ■日帰り料金・滞在のコツ 日帰り入浴は大人750円（入湯税含む）で利用しやすい印象。混みやすい時間帯を避けたい人は、営業開始〜早めの時間に入ると、洗い場や泥スペースも落ち着いて使えました。 ■持っていくと便利なもの（個人的メモ） ・ヘアゴム/ヘアクリップ（泥が髪に付きやすい） ・メイク落とし＆基礎化粧品（泥パック後は保湿したくなる） ・濡れてもいい袋（タオル持ち帰り用） ■子連れで行く場合の安心ポイント ベビーベッドがあり、浴場内にベビーチェアも見かけました。赤ちゃん連れでも動線がイメージしやすくて、“温泉デビュー”の候補としてもアリだと思います。 泥湯・美人湯系が好きな人や、「自分磨き」で肌ツルツルを狙いたい人にはかなり刺さる温泉でした。次はランチバイキングも一緒に楽しむ予定です。
