私が行く前に気になってたのが「メニュー結局なに頼む？」「予約なしで入れる？」「営業時間どれが正しい？」の3つでした。結論から言うと、いろり山賊は予約なしでも入りやすい印象だけど、店舗（玖珂店/錦店）と時間帯で混雑差が大きいです。 ■混雑回避のコツ（体感） 玖珂店は“定番スポット”感が強くて、通過しただけでも人の多さが分かる日がありました。私は「食べるだけ」目的の日は、錦店を選んで正解。GWど真ん中でも思ったより空いていて、席探しのストレスが少なかったです。雨の日は屋外席が使いにくくなるので、屋根のあるエリアが多い店を選ぶ/早めの時間に着くのが安心だと思いました。 ■店内の雰囲気：囲炉裏×提灯で“お祭り感” 写真で見てた通り、店内は提灯がたくさんで賑やか。囲炉裏っぽい火の気配や、七輪（ひちりん）で肉を焼く煙まで含めて非日常で、テーマパークに来た気分になります。錦店の「一燈銭」は特に“山車モチーフ”で、お祭り気分を味わいたい人に刺さると思います。 ■初めてならこれ食べると満足度高め 私の定番はこの辺り。 - 山賊焼：とにかく名物。初回は外せないです。 - 山賊むすび：大きめで、シェアにも便利。 - 名物餃子：つまみやすくて頼みやすい。 - 茶そば／口うどん：こってり系と一緒に頼むと口がリセットされます。 - ひちりん：自分で焼くのが楽しくて“店内体験”込みでおすすめ。 （ビールも合います…！） ■玖珂店と錦店、どっちがおすすめ？ - 写真映え・活気・屋外席の雰囲気も楽しみたい→玖珂店 - ゆっくり食べたい/混雑を避けたい/一燈銭の空間を見たい→錦店 どちらも「山賊焼からステーキまで」幅広いので、メニューの安心感はありました。 ■営業時間の確認ポイント 店舗ごとに閉店時間（ラストオーダー含む）が微妙に違うので、行く前に“行きたい店舗名＋営業時間”で再チェックがおすすめです。夜の提灯がきれいなので、私は暗くなってからの時間帯も好きでした。 最後に、お土産コーナーも意外と充実していて、食後にふらっと見るのが楽しかったです。次は「どの店舗で何を食べるか」を決めてから行くと、迷う時間が減ってより満喫できると思います。
