Before the owner, he worked at an Italian restaurant, but soon changed his job to Itsuki Coffee.
After gaining experience as a barista for about 2-3 years, he joined Collectus Co., Ltd. through friends and was involved in the launch of the coffee business.
During the five years he worked there, he established several stores including a cafe in Iwakuni, Yamaguchi Prefecture, and successfully introduced home roasting ☕

ARCHIVE COFFEE ROASTERSの「写真を見てから行きたい」派の方向けに、実際に行って感じた見どころを補足します。 まず店内に入って一番目を引くのが、大きなコーヒー焙煎機。これがあるだけで“自家焙煎のお店に来た感”が一気に高まります。コンクリート系の壁と天井でモ ダンな雰囲気なんですが、テーブルや椅子は木製で、冷たくなりすぎないバランス。写真を撮るなら、焙煎機まわり・棚に並んだコーヒー豆やグッズ・窓際席の3か所が特に映えました。 パン好きとしてはショーケースも要チェック。クロワッサンや食パンなどがきれいに並んでいて、朝の時間帯は“パンとドリンクで軽く”がすごくやりやすいです。私はパン目当てで行ったのに、後から「コーヒーもこだわりで人気」と知って次回の宿題に…。エスプレッソ、カフェラテなど定番が揃っているので、甘いパンならラテ、軽めにいくならドリップ系…みたいに合わせるのも楽しそう。 外観・入口付近にはメニュー看板が出ていて、営業時間は8:00〜18:00。旅行中って“今入れる？”が大事なので、看板があるのは地味に助かりました。平和記念公園から徒歩5分の距離感もありがたくて、観光→休憩→次のスポットへ、の動線が組みやすいです。 写真を撮るコツは、①焙煎機を広めに入れて店の世界観を出す、②ショーケースは斜めから撮るとパンの立体感が出る、③ドリンクとパンのセットはテーブルの木目を活かして寄りで撮る、の3つ。店内がスタイリッシュなので、いつものスマホでも雰囲気よく残せました。
