It is a local gourmet that represents Kure!!
This cold noodle is characterized by the exquisite combination of chewy flat noodles and spicy, sweet and sour soup based on chicken paitan. Generally, char siu, pickled shrimp, boiled egg and cucumber are used as toppings.

~ How to eat ~
・ After eating about half of it, it is standard to enjoy the change of taste with the original seasoning called "vinegar mustard."

私が呉龍でいちばん「なるほど！」と思ったのは、呉冷麺って“冷たい＝さっぱり”だけじゃなく、ピリ辛でコクもあるところ。平打ち麺が想像以上にコシ強めで、スープに負けないのが呉冷麺らしさだなと感じました。 ■呉冷麺の具材（定番ののり方） 写真でも分かりやすいけど、呉冷麺の具材はかなり王道で、チャーシュー・エビの酢漬け・ゆで卵・きゅうりが基本。ここが揃っていると「呉冷麺食べてる！」感が一気に出ます。チャーシューの塩気、エビの酢漬けの酸味、きゅうりの清涼感、ゆで卵のまろやかさが、ピリ辛スープの中でバランスよくまとまっていました。 ■味変は“半分”がベスト（酢からし＆黒酢） 呉冷麺は、まずは何も足さずにスープと麺の相性を確認するのがおすすめ。半分くらい食べたところで「酢からし」を入れると、一気にキレが出て後味が軽くなります。さらに黒酢を少し足すと、角が取れてまろやか寄りに。私は酢からし→黒酢の順で入れるのがいちばんハマりました。 ■売り切れが早い日の“攻め方” 呉龍は本当に売り切れが早いことがあるので、狙うなら開店直後〜お昼前が安心。12時過ぎに閉まってしまうケースもあると聞いていたので、私は「着いたら先に並ぶ」「食後の予定は後ろ倒しにする」くらいの気持ちで行きました。旅行中だと予定を詰めがちなので、ここは時間に余白を作っておくと焦らず楽しめます。 ■呉龍の駐車場は？（探し方のコツ） 「呉龍 駐車場」で調べて行く人が多いと思いますが、まずはお店の周辺で“提携や専用があるか”を現地表示で確認するのが確実です。もし専用が見当たらない場合は、近くのコインパーキングを最初から候補にしておくとスムーズ。私の感覚だと、人気時間帯は駐車場探しで時間を使うのがいちばんもったいないので、早め到着＋周辺Pを第二候補にするのが安心でした。 ■初めての人向けメモ メニューは「冷麺」「中華そば」などシンプルで迷いにくいです。呉冷麺目当てなら、まずは基本の冷麺を食べて、次回があれば中華そばも…という流れが満足度高いと思います。呉のソウルフードを“1度は食べて！”と言われる理由、しっかり実感できました。
