東京駅近くで「巨大プリン（バケツプリン）」が食べたい人に、ここはかなり刺さると思います。私が行ったのは東京駅八重洲口から歩いてすぐのブルワリーで、地下街を通って行けるのも便利でした。天気が悪い日でも移動しやすいのが地味に助かります。 お目当てはデザートの固めプリン。出てきた瞬間、思わず「でかっ…！」って声が出るサイズ感で、バニラアイスとキャラメルソースがたっぷり。固めプリン好きには嬉しい、しっかり食感なのに口当たりは重すぎず、最後まで飽きにくいタイプでした。ただ、見た目以上にボリュームがあるので、1人で挑むより2〜3人でシェアがちょうど良いです。食後に頼むなら特に！ 「ブルワリー＝お酒メインでしょ？」と思いがちですが、私みたいにあまり飲めない人でも全然楽しめました。店内はビールタップが見 えて雰囲気が良く、乾杯しているテーブルも多め。オリジナルビールを升で楽しめるらしく、飲める人はそれも楽しそうです。 フードもちゃんと主役級。私の推しは“とろけるポテトサラダ”。なめらかで食べやすく、盛り付けもおしゃれでテンションが上がります。あと、魚介の酒蒸し（アサリやムール貝がたっぷり）も熱々で最高でした。プリンだけ狙いで行っても、結局フードも頼みたくなると思います。 混雑は、平日夜でも席が埋まりやすい印象でした。19時前後に行くなら、待ちたくない人は予約か、少し早めの入店がおすすめ。次はランチ帯にも行ってみたいなと思っています。東京駅周辺で「巨大プリン 東京」「ブルワリー プリン」を探しているなら、候補に入れて損なしです。
