「オールデイブッフェ コンパス（横浜ベイシェラトン ホテル＆タワーズ）」のクチコミとして、私が行って感じた“行く前に知りたいポイント”をまとめます。検索していると雰囲気は分かっても、当日の動き方がイメージしづらいので、体験ベースで書きます。 まず良かったのは、いわゆる取りに行くビュッフェというより「席で注文する」スタイルなところ。各席の案内（私は“Gourmet Palette News”のペーパーでした）でメニューを見て、QRコードからスマホでオーダーします。出来立てが運ばれてくるので、パエリアみたいな温かさが命の料理がちゃんと美味しいのが嬉しいポイント。逆に、サラダ・デザート・ドリンクは自分で取りに行くので、ここは“後半混む”前提で最初にざっと場所を把握しておくと楽でした。 地中海フェアは、とにかく「少量×種類が多い」印象。私はパエリア（海老やムール貝、アサリがのっていてテンション上がるやつ）を早めに頼んで、リゾットやグラタン系→最後にデザート、の順が食べやすかったです。生ハムの原木カットや、きのこリゾットに希少なチーズをその場で削ってもらえる演出もあって、女子会やデートで盛り上がると思います。 デザートはビュッフェ台が充実していて、アイス（トルコアイス系や塩キャラメルっぽい味）やチュロス、カスタマイズできるクレープまであって、甘党は時間配分注意。私は前半に食事を詰めすぎて、後半デザートが駆け足になったのが反省点です。 混雑については、スタッフさんの話でも「平日の方が余裕あり」。写真を撮ったり、オーダーを何回か回したいなら平日が快適だと思いました。男性には“一皿の量が控えめ”に感じる可能性があるので、同じメニューをリピートする前提で、ピザや麺類も織り交ぜると満足度が上がりそう。 ドリンクは、別料金の地中海リキュールのカクテルが見た目も綺麗で、食事の気分転換になりました。アルコールが苦手なら、食後にデザートと合わせてノンアル系やコーヒーをゆっくり選ぶのもおすすめです。
