ถ้าใครเสิร์ชหา “Kwei Mun Lung Shanghai” เพราะกำลังแพลนไปวัด Longhua บอกเลยว่าร้านนี้เดินทางสะดวกมาก เหมาะแวะฝากท้องก่อน/หลังไหว้พระแบบไม่ต้องนั่งรถไกลๆ เราไปช่วงทริปเที่ยวเซี่ยงไฮ้แล้วอยากได้ร้านที่นั่งสบาย มีอาหารจีนรสชาติมาตรฐาน และมีเมนูให้เลือกหลายแบบ—ร้านนี้ตอบโจทย์ค่ะ บรรยากาศในร้านเป็นสไตล์จีนๆ มีโต๊ะไม้ โคมไฟสวย ดูอบอุ่น นั่งได้นาน ที่เราชอบคือมีเสิร์ฟชาเป็นเหยือก (สีเข้มๆ) วางบนฐานอุ่นพร้อมถ้วยชาเล็กๆ ฟีลเหมือนได้นั่งกินข้าวบ้านญาติคนจีน คือช่วยตัดเลี่ยนได้ดีมาก โดยเฉพาะถ้าสั่งเมนูผัดซอสเข้มข้น เมนูที่แนะนำให้ “ต้องลอง” จริงๆ ถ้ามาถึง Kwei Mun Lung คือเต้าหู้ทอดเนื้อคัสตาร์ด ตัวเต้าหู้ด้านในนิ่มละมุน แต่เคลือบแป้งบางๆกรอบมาก แล้วร้านจะคลุกผงปรุงรสมาให้แบบถึงเครื่อง กินเปล่าๆยังเพลิน บางโต๊ะจะมีซอสพริกกับเมล็ดทานตะวันเสิร์ฟมาด้วย ลองจิ้มสลับบ้างก็ได้ แต่ส่วนตัวเราว่ากินแบบไม่จิ้มก็อร่อยแล้ว อีกจานที่หลายคนตามหาเวลาอ่านรีวิว “Kwei Mun Lung Shanghai” คือข้าวผัดหยางโจว (Yangzhou fried rice) อันนี้ทริคสำคัญ: ในเมนู QR อาจไม่มีให้กด ต้องบอกพนักงานให้สั่งจากเมนูแผ่นพับแทน ข้าวผัดมีกุ้ง แฮม ถั่วลันเตา แครอท ผัดแห้งหอมๆ กินง่าย เหมาะกับคนที่อยากได้จานเซฟๆ แล้วค่อยสั่งกับข้าวเพิ่ม ใครสายลองของแปลก แนะนำเมนูหม้อหินผัดกบ (หม้อหินร้อนๆ) ตอนมาเสิร์ฟจะหอมซอสขึ้นมาเลย เนื้อกบนุ่มกว่าที่คิด แต่ก็แล้วแต่คนชอบนะ—ถ้ากินกบได้จะน่าจะถูกใจ เพราะซอสเข้มข้นและยังร้อนอยู่ในหม้อหิน ทำให้รสชาติดีกว่าผัดที่เสิร์ฟจานปกติ ส่วนปลาต้มผักกาดดอง เราว่ารสโอเคแต่ความร้อนของภาชนะมีผล ถ้ามาแล้วไม่ค่อยเดือด/ไม่ร้อน อาจรู้สึกมันๆเลี่ยนได้ แนะนำให้สั่งช่วงที่ร้านไม่แน่นมาก หรือแจ้งพนักงานขอให้ร้อนๆหน่อย (ถ้าทำได้) จะช่วยให้รสชาติดีขึ้น สรุป: ถ้าเป้าหมายคือหาร้านใกล้วัด Longhua ที่นั่งสบาย เมนูเด่นชัด และมีอะไรให้ลองมากกว่าแค่จานเดียว Kwei Mun Lung ในเซี่ยงไฮ้เป็นตัวเลือกที่ควรเซฟไว้ โดยเฉพาะเต้าหู้ทอดคัสตาร์ดกับข้าวผัดหยางโจว—ไปแล้วสั่งตามนี้ก่อน โอกาสผิดหวังน้อยมากค่ะ
