Wow, seeing those "I WENT FROM...LONG TO...SHORT" pictures really hits home! It's wild how much my hair has changed. I'm looking into sulfate-free shampoos and maybe some soothing scalp oils or masks. For my 3B curls, I know moisture is absolutely key, so I'm thinking about incorporating more deep conditioning treatments and maybe trying out the 'LOC' method (Liquid, Oil, Cream) for sealing in all that goodness.
