The OCR described it as 'life changing,' and I completely agree! Its buttery texture and sweet, savory glaze are simply unparalleled. If you only get one main dish, this is it. The Wagyu Dumplings were another revelation; the rich flavor of the Japanese wagyu wrapped in delicate dumpling skin was a perfect bite, and they absolutely did not disappoint. When considering 'famous Nobu dishes,' these two are definitely at the top of the list for a reason. Now, about the sushi bar experience – while we didn't sit directly at the bar, the quality of their sushi and sashimi is exceptional. The Yellowtail, Snapper & Tuna Nigiri was incredibly fresh, making me believe they 'had to of caught this fish literally today.' As for appetizers, the Jalapeño Yellowtail is a must-try. The delicate slices of fish with a kick of jalapeño and a bright ponzu sauce are a flavor explosion. And you can't go to Nobu without trying the Crispy Rice & Spicy Tuna; it’s a textural marvel and truly 'sooo good'! This is where Nobu's innovative take on traditional sushi shines. Don't overlook the drinks and desserts! The Lychee Martini was a cloud of deliciousness, and the Lavender Lemon Gin cocktail was equally refreshing. They even had branded Nobu ice – it's those little details that elevate the experience. For dessert, if you're lucky enough to visit when they have the seasonal options, definitely try them. The Ube Pavlova we had, along with the Espresso Tres Leches, were both fantastic and, as the OCR noted, 'limited to the Miami location.' It's a sweet ending to an already incredible meal. Tips for Your Nobu Miami Adventure: Reservations are Key: Especially for an elevated date night or weekend, book well in advance. Nobu Miami is popular! Don't Be Afraid to Ask: Our waitress recommended the Miso Cod, and it was the best decision.
