The key is to recognize that feeling overwhelmed is a real and valid experience when living with ADHD, and finding personalized ways to express those feelings can be incredibly therapeutic. Moreover, embracing this form of expression can remove feelings of isolation. Connecting with communities of other creators, authors, or people with ADHD can open doors for support and understanding. Sharing your experiences, whether through social media or group forums, fosters a sense of belonging and encourages others to find their own voices. Ultimately, acknowledging the need to 'just scream it out' is part of honoring your mental health and creativity. Remember, it's perfectly okay to express your emotions loudly, artistically, or in any form that feels right.
