Kitchen Tour
Sharing some views of our kitchen today! Our home is older, it was built in the 60s so some of the style within this space is a little dated. I still found a few ways to update it for the time being as a kitchen remodel can be very expensive.
I would love an island one day but for now this peninsula will do. It is a nice size so I am able to do quite a bit of meal prep here. I also have room for 4 stools and this is where our family ends up eating a majority of our meals.
Our kitchen has this built-in desk space which we turned into a coffee bar. This is one of my favorite projects in this space. It is so functional and we use it every day. It is so nice to have all of our coffee things in one place.
The other item that is kind of unique to this space is the small built in oven. This is a backup as we have a range/oven already. As much as I would like to get rid of it one day, it’s also kind of nice to have for the times when we’re entertaining. Seems you can never have too much oven space!
