「月島もんじゃ くうや 広島本通り」を探していると、“店内ってどんな感じ？料理の写真が見たい！”と思う方が多いはず。私も行く前に写真で雰囲気を確認したくて調べました。 お店は本通りエリアで、席につくと目の前に鉄板。もんじゃ焼きは提供後にスタッフさんが最初の工程を作ってくれることが多く、初めてでも安心でした（以降は自分のペースで焼き加減を調整）。写真映え的にも、鉄板の上でジュワッと音が立つ瞬間が一番テンション上がります。 今回の推しは、熱々のキーマカレーもんじゃ。スパイスの香りがしっかり立っていて、濃厚なカレー感が強めでした。もんじゃは「周りをカリッとさせたい派」なら、具をドーナツ状にして“土手”を作り、真ん中を少し長めに加熱すると香ばしさが出やすいです。逆に、トロッと食べたいなら早めに全体を広げるのがおすすめ。 一緒に頼んだイカのバター醤油焼きも、鉄板メニューとしてかなり当たり。バター醤油の香りが立つので、写真を撮るなら焼き始め〜仕上げの照りが出たタイミングがきれいに撮れました。イカは火を入れすぎると固くなりやすいので、ぷりっとした食感を狙うなら焼きすぎ注意です。 メニューはもんじゃ焼きだけでなく鉄板焼きもあるので、「広島＝お好み焼き」の旅の夜に、あえて別の鉄板料理を挟むのも良かったです。本通りで買い物や街歩きをしたあとに立ち寄りやすい立地で、サクッと食事にも、ゆっくり飲みながらにも使いやすい印象。 写真目当てで探している人向けにまとめると、撮りどころは①メニュー表（注文前の記録に便利）②具材が鉄板に乗った瞬間③キーマカレーもんじゃの“熱々”のとろみ④イカのバター醤油焼きの照り、の4つ。次行くなら、別のもんじゃも食べ比べして写真を増やしたいです。
