Strawberry Matcha Latte 🍵🍓
INGREDIENTS:
🍵 Organic ceremonial grade matcha
🍓Frozen or fresh strawberries (I used frozen)
🍯Agave or honey (I used organic blue agave)
🥛Organic whole milk (any milk alternative can be used as well)
🔪EQUIPMENT:
⏲️Microwave (if using frozen strawberries instead of fresh)
⏲️Blender (I use a vitamix)
👩💻INSTRUCTIONS:
1️⃣Blend together 1 tablespoon of matcha with 8 - 12oz of milk (optional: feel free to add some agave/honey)
2️⃣Heat up 1 cup of strawberries for 30 seconds if using frozen berries only (if using fresh skip this step)
3️⃣Blend together your strawberries on high power with only a small splash of milk and add agave/honey to your liking
4️⃣Grab a clear see through cup and pour in the strawberry purée that you just made
5️⃣Pour your matcha milk over your strawberry purée
6️⃣voila! drink and enjoy :)
