Hello everyone!
This is my first post on here and it’s mainly for advice. I am currently 7 months post partum and I have been trying to be consistent at the gym. When I started I would go for a week then stop for a month but now I’ve been going 3x a week cause you never know with the baby. However, I want to stick with this split. To my girlies that are gym rats do you think these are fine or should I modify my list?
