hey girl i saw your post abt how you were charged an unexpected charge for a faulty air conditioner, if you still have emails from your old landlord, try to see if you can get a full print of the lease agreement bc most landlords take care of stuff like that, it shouldnt be your fault to provide something that is legally necessary for apartments. That is something you could report to your city and have them fined for. im tired of these slumlords trying to squeeze every dime they can out of us its ridiculous!

Yup I’m in the same limbo.. me & my small family experiencing these hurdles . We are in the process of moving looking for a suitable stable home environment for our children… the property management company landlord weren’t any good .. I have been renting in a failed inspection property since of last year under mshda housing .. and from day one from both sides my housing and the property I feel they knew an allowed me and my family to live in such horrible conditions..the landlord/management failed on repairs several times.... I got my move in packet settled out of court.. my attorney was the best .. .. .. now it’s water under bridge .. .. now I get to move on and find me and my family a decent place .. it’s sad to hear how society really is..no one isn’t obligated to help everyone,but; .. there’s hope still for those that are in need of help .. it’s many resources out there for men , women and children to obtain .. just people have to reach out to find these things.. and some places won’t give out these many resources information to a lot of people.. some people who are working paycheck to paycheck are one step closer to becoming the opposite like us .. those tables could turn any day for those who be wishing bad onto others praying down on others downfall…life has its ways for the good and bad.. take from others the experiences of being homelessness is not for the faint of heart.. some people aren’t unable to work due to disability an so forth.. .. some places resources runs out of funds and resources.. due to economic hardship crisis hungry people in this world government greed in truth a lot people that’s in need of help .. and some people have to stay strong found some type of hope solution focus on what they can do best .. stay positive.. keep you and your family safe out of harms way Asé .. it’s truly amazing to hear how many of us the strong survive weathering the storm .. and overcoming many hurdles in life .. it’s not easy .. there will be better days
