🥂JŪ KYŪ IS WORTH THE HYPE ✨

Brought my colleagues to try this place for a birthday celebration and it got a thumbs up!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The feedback on the food was superb!

Some of the food choices:

- Spicy Cumin Beef Udon (i called, if u like mala then call this)

- Miso Beef Udon 10/10

- Some scallop don thing i forgot the name HAHAHA but the rice bowls ain’t too shabby

Other than that the skewers generally were quite good BUT BUT i would give the chicken skin a pass as some parts were crispy some weren’t. It isn’t your typical deep fried chicken skin kinda texture so if that’s what you’re looking for then don’t order it!

If you're planning a visit to Jū Kyū, I highly suggest trying the signature dishes beyond the popular spicy cumin beef udon and miso beef udon. The truffle edamame is a standout – this was my first time trying edamame like this, and it was a delicious surprise that you shouldn’t miss. The variety of skewers offers something for everyone, but if you're a fan of classic deep-fried chicken skin texture, you might want to skip their chicken skin skewer as it has a different preparation and texture. The atmosphere at Jū Kyū really adds to the experience. The decor is stylish and modern yet comfortable, making it ideal for both casual dinners and special celebrations. The bar serves great drinks that pair well with the flavorful food. Plus, cleanliness matters, and I was impressed to find the toilets well-maintained during our visit. Whether you’re visiting with friends for a birthday or just on the hunt for a new Japanese dining spot to explore in Singapore, Jū Kyū delivers excellent value with generous portions and quality ingredients. Don’t forget to check out their rice bowls if you want something filling but light on the palate. Overall, it’s a place I keep recommending because it delivers an experience worth the hype.
