It is truer than you know!

... Read moreHealing from grief can feel overwhelming, but through personal experience, I've found that embracing self-love and compassionate care transforms the journey profoundly. The message of the Star Mother resonates deeply—it invites us to lay down our burdens, fears, and regrets and receive the nurturing love we often deny ourselves. This nurturing presence encourages us to be gentle with our body, mind, and soul, reminding us that our ability to hold others in love depends on how well we hold and love ourselves first. I've learned to celebrate progress, no matter how small, and practice forgiveness towards myself daily, which has lifted much of the weight off my shoulders. When grappling with grief and loss, it helps to visualize a loving force, like the Star Mother, embracing you with broad arms—carrying your fears and worries, enabling you to feel held and supported beyond what the eye can see. This practice fosters mindfulness and a magical sense of connection, reducing feelings of separation and fear. Remember, grief is not linear, and healing comes by treating yourself as the beautiful spirit you truly are. Trust in this loving support, cultivate compassion, and allow yourself to be carried through the process. Stay mindful and trust that you are deeply loved, always.

This poem had me crying inside Barnes & Nobles 🥺
The accuracy of this poem to my personal experience before meeting my now boyfriend of 2 years is insane. Because truly, he arrived at the perfect moment.
