It’s a snapshot of how I really spent my day.

I added fun little widgets to fill in throughout the morning and night — things I do to stay grounded, intentional, and honest with myself.

It’s made my days feel more focused and less like a blur. And the best part?

I can flip through past pages and actually see my progress.

I made a weekly and a monthly version too, but this one page… has been the most influential.
