Cocoa Pebbles Cookies 🍪

Cookie dough:

1 cup softened butter

1 cup sugar

½ cup packed light brown sugar

2 eggs

2 tsp vanilla

2⅔ cups all-purpose flour

¾ cup finely crushed Cocoa Pebbles

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

⅔ cup Cocoa Pebbles, for rolling

Chocolate buttercream:

¾ cup softened butter

2 cups powdered sugar

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tsp vanilla

3–4 tbsp heavy cream

Pinch of salt

½ cup Cocoa Pebbles, for topping

Preheat oven to 350°. Cream butter and both sugars until fluffy. Mix in eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, crushed Cocoa Pebbles, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix just until combined.

Roll into 11 large cookie balls, then roll in whole Cocoa Pebbles. Bake 10–12 minutes. Let cool completely.

For the frosting, beat butter until creamy. Mix in powdered sugar, cocoa, vanilla, and salt. Slowly add heavy cream until smooth and spreadable. Frost cooled cookies and top with more Cocoa Pebbles. Get all of that! 🤎 #homemade #homeschool #motherhood #momsoftiktok #momtok

Learning a life skill is part of home schooling. Teaching them independence is best gift we can pass on to them other than a loving relationship with the Lord. You inspire so many of us Jess! Love you!!! 🥰
