Beyond the Title
Too often, titles become badges of ego instead of symbols of service. Social media has turned many movements into competitions for attention, where arrogance, elitism, and performance often overshadow the mission itself.
I’ve spent years on the front lines, and I’ll continue doing the work. I just no longer feel the need to announce what I am.
Let the work speak louder than the title.
This is my personal choice, not a criticism of anyone else’s. If a title inspires you to serve your people, then wear it with honor. As for me, I’m more interested in building than being called a builder.
Time to do the work.

Wear your title with honor only if it fuels your drive to serve, otherwise, let your contribution outshine your designation. In doing this, you foster real progress and inspire others to follow a path defined not by labels, but by meaningful impact.
