It’s all fun and games until you realize you’ve been QUIET this whole fu*king time.
A woman was asking for help. Constantly. She was telling people something was wrong, and instead of being heard, she was treated like she couldn’t possibly understand what was happening in her own body.
And now she’s being treated like the villain.
But sure, stay quiet.
Just ask yourself one question: What if this were you—or someone you love—and you missed the signs too?
Proceeds for my “Don’t be a bow b*tch” tee will go to the parents of Lindsay Clancy.

I've learned from personal experience how critical it is to trust and validate women's voices when they say something is wrong with their bodies. Often, subtle signs or repeated calls for help are dismissed or misunderstood, leading to dangerous consequences. The phrase "Don't be a bow b*tch," featured on the tee, serves as a bold reminder to break the culture of silence and encourage speaking out. For me, watching a close friend struggle with health issues that were repeatedly overlooked was eye-opening. She tried to communicate her symptoms, but her concerns were minimized, making her question her own perceptions. That experience taught me that listening and believing someone’s health concerns early on can literally be life-saving. It’s not just about the individual—it’s about the support system around them recognizing warning signs and acting. Supporting causes that raise awareness and provide help to families affected by health tragedies, like Lindsay Clancy’s, is vital. Wearing or promoting symbolic merchandise can spark conversations and remind communities to be vigilant, compassionate, and proactive. Ultimately, we need to foster a culture where no woman feels unheard or vilified for expressing distress about her body.
