Read more「古いiPhoneの初期化」で迷うのは、手順そのものより“初期化前の抜け漏れ”が原因なことが多いです。私も以前、初期化してからLINEのトークが戻らず焦った経験があるので、古い端末ほどチェックリスト化して進めるのがおすすめです。 まず前提として、初期化(すべてのコンテンツと設定を消去)をすると、iPhone内の写真・連絡先・メモ・アプリデータは基本的に消え、出荷時の状態に戻ります。ただしApple ID/iCloud自体が消えるわけではないので、「端末からアカウントを外す作業」が別で必要になります。 私が古いiPhoneを初期化するときの流れは次の通りです。 1)バックアップを作る(最優先) iCloudバックアップか、PC(Finder/iTunes)でバックアップを取ります。容量が足りないと途中で失敗するので、Wi‑Fi接続と充電(できれば80%以上)で実行。写真だけでも残したい場合は、PCへ保存しておくと安心です。 2)LINEのトーク履歴をバックアップ LINEは端末初期化後に「ログインできたのにトークが空」という事故が起きがちです。トーク履歴のバックアップ、アカウントの引き継ぎ設定、電話番号/メールアドレス登録を一気に確認します。 3)Apple Pay(Suica・クレカ)を削除 古いiPhone側でカードを削除してから初期化します。特にSuicaは残高が絡むので先に移行/削除しておくと安全です。 4)AirPods・Apple Watchのペアリング解除 手放す端末と周辺機器が結び付いたままだと、次のiPhoneで接続がうまくいかないことがあります。Apple WatchはWatchアプリから解除、AirPodsもBluetooth設定から解除しておくとスムーズです。 5)iMessage/FaceTimeをオフ 電話番号が絡むサービスなので、古い端末を手放す前にオフにしておくと誤受信などのトラブル予防になります。 6)「iPhoneを探す」をオフ→iCloudからサインアウト 売る・譲る場合はここが重要です。アクティベーションロックが残ると、相手が使えず揉める原因になります。設定からサインアウトまで完了させます。 7)最後に初期化を実行 設定>一般>転送またはiPhoneをリセット>すべてのコンテンツと設定を消去。終わったら再起動後の“こんにちは”画面まで確認できればOKです。 補足:パスコードを忘れた/「iPhoneは使用できません」表示のとき このケースは端末側の操作だけで進めにくいので、PCを使った復元(Finder/iTunes)を検討します。売却予定なら、初期化後にアクティベーションロックが外れているか(Apple IDが残っていないか)まで確認してから渡すと安心です。
