◆ How to use ◆
After towel drying, apply about 20 pushes * to the entire hair, centered on the ends of the hair, and blend in.

Since then, I have been using it at a pace of about once every three days.
It seems that about 20 pushes are recommended for medium, but I thought it was easy to use in a style that fits my hair with about 3 to 5 pushes on my hand and it suits me.

私も最初に気になったのが「サブリミック ワンダーシールドって結局なにがすごいの？」という点と、検索でよく見かける“偽物”の不安でした。ここでは、実際に使って感じたこと＋購入前に確認しておくと安心なポイントをまとめます。 ■ワンダーシールドを“解析”っぽく説明すると 公式で言われているのは、外的ストレス（ちり・ほこり・花粉・紫外線・塩素・湿気など）から髪を守りつつ、トリートメント効果を閉じ込める設計ということ。個人的にポイントだと思ったのは「熱を加えることでシールド成分がネットワーク化」という部分で、タオルドライ→塗布（スプレー）→ドライヤーまでがセットだと体感が上がりました。 ■効果を感じやすかった使い方（私の場合） ミディアムは約20プッシュ推奨ですが、私は“手のひらに3〜5プッシュ→毛先中心になじませる”方がムラなく使えました。直接髪に吹きかけると、表面だけにつきやすい日があったので、手でなじませる方式にしてからまとまりが安定。 ・タオルドライは「水が滴らない」くらい ・毛先→中間→表面の順で薄く重ねる ・最後はドライヤーでしっかり乾かす（ここ重要） この流れだと、サラッと軽いのにツヤが出て、寝ぐせもつきにくい感じがありました。 ■「偽物」対策：不安な人が見るべきチェック項目 サロン専売品なので、基本は“取扱いのある美容室で購入”がいちばん安心です。ネットで買う場合は、私は次をチェックしています。 ・販売元の表記が明確（会社名/住所/連絡先） ・極端に安い価格、説明文が不自然 ・外箱やボトルの印字が粗い、ラベルがズレている等のレビューがないか ・成分表示や使用方法の記載がきちんとあるか（画像の裏面まで載っていると安心） 不安が残るなら、多少手間でも美容室購入が結局コスパ良いと思いました。 ■「サブリミック ヘアミルク」との使い分け（併用したい人向け） ミルク系は“保湿・やわらかさ・しっとり感”を足しやすい一方で、髪質によっては重く感じることも。ワンダーシールドは質感が軽めで、ドライヤー前のベース作り（守る・整える）に向いている印象でした。 おすすめの順番は、基本的に ①ワンダーシールド（ドライヤー前のベース）→②毛先だけヘアミルク（乾燥が気になる日に少量） 私の髪だと、ミルクを先に多めに付けるとペタつきやすかったので「ミルクは毛先に少量」がちょうど良かったです。 最後に、ワンダーシールドは“3日に1回のスペシャルケア”枠なので、毎日使うより、髪の調子が落ちるタイミング（湿気の多い日、アイロン頻度が高い週、花粉の時期など）に合わせて使うと満足度が上がりました。
