Tips for long distance
Here are some of the things that I have been doing in my long-distance relationship that have made it somewhat easier being away from your person!!
1. If you both have iPhones you have to use screenshare with streaming services to watch movies and TV shows!! This has been one of the best things that we have done to feel connected when we don’t get to see each other as much! We are always starting new shows together and always make a little snack before getting cuddled into bed.
2. iMessage Games! So much if you’re both a little competitive. We don’t do this all the time but it is always fun to go through different games and see who can beat who!
3. Open when… letters are an intimate way to get close to your partner! Long distance always has its highs and lows one way that’s helped me is us both writing out letters for each other and when one of us is having a bad day or a good day but just need to feel more connected this is such a fun way that doesn’t cost much but is so heartfelt ❤️ especially if you aren’t able to talk every day or go long periods without seeing each other!
4. Agapé: This is an app for couples that asks you different questions every day and you both have to answer the question for the day but you can see each other responses until both of you answer the question! This is a great way to learn more about each other from love languages, how you handle stress, favorite memories, etc!
