ถ้าคุณต้องทำ “ตารางรายจ่าย/ค่าใช้จ่าย” ทุกเดือนแล้วเบื่อเริ่มไฟล์ใหม่ซ้ำๆ ฉันแนะนำให้ทำ “เทมเพลต Excel” แบบครั้งเดียวจบ แล้วคัดลอกไปใช้ได้ตลอด วิธีนี้ช่วยลดพิมพ์ผิดและทำให้สรุปยอดเร็วมาก โดยเฉพาะถ้ามีหมวดอย่าง เงินสด/เงินผ่อน หรือรายการสินค้าในสต็อก 1) โครงตารางที่ฉันใช้ (ทำเป็น Template) - คอลัมน์แนะนำ: วันที่ | เลขที่ INV. | รายการสินค้า/รายการใช้จ่าย | หมวดหมู่ | วิธีชำระ (เงินสด/เงินผ่อน) | มูลค่า (บาท) | สถานะ (จ่ายแล้ว/ค้างจ่าย) - ตั้งชื่อชีตเป็น “Template” และล็อกโครงไว้ (พอเดือนใหม่ก็ Copy Sheet ไปเป็น “2026-06” อะไรแบบนี้) 2) ตั้ง Drop-down (Data Validation) ให้กรอกง่าย ไม่พิมพ์ผิด - ทำชีต “List” แยกไว้ แล้วพิมพ์รายการที่ต้องใช้บ่อย เช่น • วิธีชำระ: เงินสด, เงินผ่อน • สถานะ: จ่ายแล้ว, ค้างจ่าย • หมวดหมู่: อาหาร, เดินทาง, ของใช้, อุปกรณ์ไอที ฯลฯ - จากนั้นเลือกช่วงคอลัมน์ที่ต้องกรอก > Data > Data Validation > Allow: List > Source: ช่วงรายการจากชีต List ทริคของฉันคือเปิด “In-cell dropdown” ไว้เสมอ และตั้ง Error Alert เพื่อกันกรอกมั่ว 3) ทำสรุปยอดอัตโนมัติด้วย SUMIF (เข้าใจง่าย ใช้บ่อยสุด) - รวมยอดเงินสด: =SUMIF(ช่วงวิธีชำระ,"เงินสด",ช่วงมูลค่า) - รวมยอดเงินผ่อน: =SUMIF(ช่วงวิธีชำระ,"เงินผ่อน",ช่วงมูลค่า) - รวมยอดตามสถานะ (เช่น ค้างจ่าย): =SUMIF(ช่วงสถานะ,"ค้างจ่าย",ช่วงมูลค่า) พอทำเป็นเทมเพลตแล้ว เดือนใหม่แค่กรอกแถวเพิ่ม ยอดสรุปจะอัปเดตเอง 4) ทำให้ดูง่ายขึ้นด้วย Format as Table + Filter - เลือกตาราง > Format as Table เพื่อให้ขยายแถวอัตโนมัติและสูตรไหลตาม - เปิด Filter ไว้กรองดูเฉพาะ “ค้างจ่าย” หรือกรองตาม “หมวดหมู่” ได้ทันที 5) ไอเดียเพิ่มความอัจฉริยะ (ถ้าอยากอัปเกรด) - ใส่ Conditional Formatting ไฮไลต์ “ค้างจ่าย” เป็นสีแดง หรือยอดเกินงบเป็นสีส้ม - แยกส่วนสรุปด้านบน: ยอดรวมทั้งหมด, เงินสด, เงินผ่อน, ค้างจ่าย เพื่อดูภาพรวมในหน้าเดียว ทำตามนี้ คุณจะได้ไฟล์ “การสร้าง template excel” ที่ใช้ซ้ำได้จริงสำหรับตารางรายจ่าย excel และตารางค่าใช้จ่าย excel แถมลดเวลางานซ้ำๆ ไปได้เยอะมาก
