Your Circumstances Are Loud, but They Are Not Final
Lately, I’ve been learning that speaking life over your circumstances does not mean pretending everything is okay.
It does not mean ignoring the pain, forcing yourself to feel positive, or acting like faith makes hard seasons easy.
Sometimes it simply sounds like:
“This is hard, but God is still with me.”
“I feel afraid, but fear does not get the final word.”
“I may not understand this season, but I can still take the next faithful step.”
The words we repeat matter, especially when we are dealing with anxiety, rejection, financial stress, waiting seasons, or feeling behind in life.
Your circumstances may be speaking loudly, but they are not the only voice you have to agree with.
You can acknowledge what hurts and still choose hope.
You can feel uncertain and still trust God.
You can be disappointed without calling yourself defeated.
Speaking life is not about having the perfect Christian affirmation for every problem. It is about grounding your thoughts in Scripture, God’s character, and what is true right now.
Save this for the days fear tries to narrate your future 🤍
