You don’t build glutes by wishing for them… you build them with consistency..👀
If growing your glutes is the goal, stop changing your workout every week. Pick your staples — hip thrusts, squats, RDLs, lunges and abductions — get stronger over time, eat enough to support muscle growth, and give your body time to respond. 🍑💪🏾 Consistency is where the growth happens.

From my experience, building glutes isn’t about hopping from one workout trend to another, but committing to a solid routine and giving your body time to adapt. I found that consistently performing hip thrusts, squats, Romanian deadlifts (RDLs), lunges, and abductions helped target all the major muscles in the glute area. One thing I learned quickly is the importance of progressive overload. As you get stronger, gradually increasing the weights challenges your muscles to grow. Alongside training, eating enough protein and calories is crucial to support muscle recovery and growth — this muscle-building phase requires proper nutrition just as much as the workouts. I also realized that rest and patience are key. After a tough glute-focused workout, which honestly sometimes leaves me saying "this workout whooped me," allowing time for muscle repair avoids injury and promotes growth. Sticking to a consistent schedule over weeks and months showed me noticeable changes, reinforcing that results come with steady effort rather than instant fixes. Incorporating these practices into your routine can truly make a difference. So, if your goal is glute growth, focus on these staple movements, keep pushing your strength, fuel your body adequately, and embrace consistency as the path to the gains you want.
