BIGGEST Starbucks in Korea with a view ☕️
We’ve seen Starbucks everywhere around Korea, but rarely do we see an all-in-one outlet with a Reserve coffee bar, Teavana Bar and a drive-through. Plus, it has 3 floors and a beautiful view of the Namhan river!
📍Starbucks The Yangpyeong DTR Branch
It’s located in Yangpyeong, Gyeonggi-do, which is great for a short day trip near Seoul 🚟.
The menu is a lot more extensive compared to the usual Starbucks. Apparently, there’s an in-store bakery which serves freshly baked pastries instead of the pre-made ones.

On the second floor, you’ll find the Reserve coffee and Teavana bar. It has a cosy and open seating arrangement with a large glass window.
The third floor is a cafe and outdoor terrace, which is perfect for those who love fresh air and pretty sights.
When I arrived in the afternoon, it was pretty crowded so we could only get to the 3rd floor. But I love the warm and homely vibe, and I heard that they plan to have performances at the terrace too!

If you’re on a tight budget, you can use your T-money card to take the Gyeongui-Jungang line to Yangpyeong Station. Remember to check for train timings on NAVER Maps because the train interval is around 20 minutes 😭.
Otherwise, you can book a ticket for the ITX or KTX on the Korail Website or directly at the station. If you plan to travel on consecutive days, you should buy the Korail Pass on Klook .
This place was crowded on a Friday afternoon so try to go early!

To get there affordably, using your T-money card on the Gyeongui-Jungang line to Yangpyeong Station is practical, though train frequency is about every 20 minutes, so planning ahead is important. For quicker travel, booking on the ITX or KTX via the Korail website or purchasing a Korail Pass if you’re staying longer is recommended.
