私が「無印 防災セット なくなった…」と焦ったときにやってよかったのが、“店頭での在庫チェック”と“買ってからの足し算”でした。無印の「いつものもしも 備えるセット」は、袖口が長い軍手／非常用トイレセット／キャンドルミニ12個／ロングタオル／サコッシュ／コンパクトヘッドライト／エマージェンシーシート／大判ボディシート／除菌シートなど、まず必要なものがギュッと入っていて、最初の一歩にちょうどいいです。 ただ、セットだけだと「家で何日過ごすか」の部分が手薄になりがち。私は買ったあとに、①水（1人1日3L目安）②簡単に食べられる非常食③電池・充電系④ライター（※キャンドル用）を追加しました。特に停電時は、ヘッドライトがあると両手が空いて本当に助かります。バンドがゴムで調整しやすいのも地味に便利でした。 「無印 エマージェンシーシート 口コミ」が気になる人へ。使ってみた感想としては、軽くて場所を取らないのが最大のメリット。音はシャカシャカしやすいので、避難所だと耳栓があると安心です（セットに耳栓が入っているのがありがたい）。寒さ対策としては“ないより断然いい”けど、これ1枚で万全というより、上着＋毛布＋シートで重ねて使う前提が現実的だと感じました。 「非常食 保管 ケース」で迷うなら、私はフタ付きのケースに“種類別”で分けるのが続きました。例：①主食（アルファ米・パックごはん）②おかず（缶詰・レトルト）③おやつ（ビスケット等）④衛生（除菌・マスク）⑤充電（ケーブル・乾電池）。賞味期限はケースにマステで大きく書くと、入れ替えがラクです。 ちなみに「イザメシ どこで買える？」は、私は防災コーナーが強い大型スーパーやホームセンター、ネット（公式・大手EC）で見かけました。ネットが品薄の時期は、実店舗の防災特設棚に出ていることがあるので、買い物ついでにチェックがおすすめ。 最後に、セットに入っている“連絡ルールが書けるメモ”は、買ったその日に家族で埋めるのがいちばん大事でした。集合場所・連絡手段・充電が切れた時のルールまで決めておくと、備えの安心感が一段上がります。
